THE MEDITATION PROCESS

The Practice of Meditation is so very simple and so very straightforward.


You can sit in a comfortable place whether it is on floor or in a chair with crossed legs, it is upto your comfort.

Be calm......Be still......Be with the breath

Close your eyes......Clasp your hands


Cross your legs..... if sit in a chair


Remove glasses from eyes......if wear


Take all the time you need, to get comfortable......shift muscles


Stretch and relax...spine and neck are relaxed...not held stiffy


There is no stiffness here


Just comfort...the beginning of calm...there is no hurry now
